BJ Fungaroli

President/CEO
Holding a BS in business administration from NC Wesleyan College and a MBA from Elon University, Mr. Fungaroli brings over 15 years of experience in the remediation industry. He started in the asbestos abatement industry in 1988 and later diversified into consulting and training in all aspects of our current service lines. BJ has served as Vice President for a regional consulting company and then for one of the nation’s largest abatement contractors prior to coming to EHG.

Brian Sanders

Senior Vice President/Member
Graduating from East Carolina University in 1995 with a BS in Industrial Hygiene, Mr. Sanders has worked in the environmental field his entire professional life. He served as an inspector with the NC Department of Labor prior to his joining EHG. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of safety, especially industrial hygiene. Mr. Sanders directs the day-to-day operations of field units including estimators/project managers, implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives to insure maximum operating results.

Jill Morgan

Director of Administration, Vice President
Graduating from East Carolina University with a BS in Economics/Business Administration, Mrs. Morgan focuses on administration, business development and marketing for EHG. Jill oversees various administrative functions of our company as well as the first point of contact for administrative issues.

Larry Crickmore, CIE

Raleigh Branch Manager/ Vice President
Manager of Safety & Health Graduating from NC State with a BS in Biology, Mr. Crickmore has over eight years of experience in consulting and occupational safety related services. Larry coordinates onsite safety inspections, as well as our safety and health programs. As our Senior Project Manager, Larry oversees projects managed out of our Raleigh office. He is an active member in Carolinas EIA, IAQA, ASSE and AIHA.

Jonathan Ervin

Atlanta Branch Manager/ Vice President
Mr. Ervin joined us after spending five years on the consulting end of the remediation industry. He brings to us experience generated from oversight of projects representing heavy industry, hospital and education facilities. His responsibilities include the estimating and project management of our services within the Atlanta Market.

Harry Ashley

Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Harry manages our day-to-day field operations, supervision of field personnel, coordination of job scheduling and resource management. Mr. Ashley has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. Harry is also responsible for monitoring time management of projects, job cost, safety operations, material and equipment for EHG. With his hands on experience, persistence and loyalty we are able to produce top quality results on all jobs.

Dave Brummitt

Estimator/Project Manager
Dave Brummitt is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and possesses over two decades of experience at the operations, technical, administrative, and business development levels in environmental and industrial hygiene consulting and training. He has ability managed staff to provide project support while also mentoring and honing the development of their professional skills. Additionally, Dave has developed, managed, and administered occupational training courses primarily geared for occupational hazard awareness and professional certification preparation.

Stephanie Kegley

Director of Business Development
Stephanie Kegley has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience. Mrs. Kegley has served as a Marketing Business Developer for two of the largest environmental remediation and demolition contractors in the United States. Her duties include developing, implementing and monitoring sales/marketing procedures; increase the private client base in the southeast; provide customers assurance and assist in the negotiation of major contracts.

Sara Carmichael

Admin/ Business Development
Sara's responsibilities include various items such as preparing project completion documents, obtaining project insurance and bonding, filing project notice of intent with the appropriate parties. Sara also assists our marketing team with data research and our operations team with preparation of project needs and personnel documentation. 

Miguel Roldan

Corporate Safety Manager
Mr. Roldán draws on over 30 years experience in environmental, health and safety issues from both industrial and consulting points of view. Miguel manages our corporate safety program and oversees the implementation and modification of the program. Miguel is also responsible for assessing our training needs, developing task-specific training, and conducting safety assessments. Miguel serves as chairman of the EHG Safety Council and administers our monthly safety meetings and quarterly safety training courses.

Susan Stamey

Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
With over 10 years in the construction industry, Susan manages our accounts payable and receivables, assist vendors and clients with accounting inquiries. She also assist project managers with job cost, invoicing, certified payroll and any billing issues. Susan is known for her attention to detail and strong sense of teamwork

Amber Myers

Project Administrator
A graduate of UNCW, Amber’s responsibilities include various items such as preparing project completion documents, obtaining project insurance and bonding, filing project notice of intent with the appropriate parties. Amber also assist our marketing team with data research and our operations team with preparation of project needs and personnel documentation.

Stephanie Picard

Accounts Payable
Ms. Picard is responsible for matching, coding and entering all accounts payable invoices; check processing; purchase orders and employee expense reports. Her duties also call for her to handle our accounts payable and ensuring that vendors are paid in a timely manner. Along with holding a degree in Accounting, Stephanie is a certified payroll clerk and tax preparer.

Ralph Warfield

Estimator/ Project Manager
Mr. Warfield joined EHG after spending 6 years with one of the largest national environmental, remediation and demolition contractors. He joins our team with over 12 years’ experience in the environmental industry. His responsibilities will include business development, estimating and project management in the southeast market.

Nick Dial

Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Dial joined EHG after spending five years working with three of the largest national environmental remediation and demolition contractors. He brings to us experience generated from oversight of projects representing heavy industry, hospital and education facilities. His responsibilities include the estimating and project management within the southeast market.

Rich Bistline

Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Rich Bistline joins us with over 25 years of experience in the Environmental and Demolition industry. Rich brings us a broad knowledge in environmental and demolition services, business development and project management of all levels. Mr. Bistline has managed hundreds of projects in industrial, mixed use, institutional.

Daniel Mock

Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Mock brings experience from the construction industry where he gained extensive knowledge of operating heavy equipment. Daniel has also worked within the consulting industry as an air monitor and project manager. Mr. Mock’s responsibilities include project management and support of our Charlotte office operations. Mr. Mock is also a NC DOT certified erosion control Supervisor.

James London

Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. London joined EHG after spending over seven years with one of the nation's largest environmental remediation contractors. Mr. London has worked in the environmental industry and has over 12 years experience. His responsibilities with include business development, estimating and project management within the Raleigh market. 

Jonathan Smith

Director of Demolition Services
One of our most versatile employees, Mr. Smith leads our structural and site demolition capabilities. He has worked throughout the industrial and commercial industry with over 20 years experience. Mr. Smith also assists us with scheduling, estimating and project management.

Will Dunlop

Environmental Project Manager
Will Dunlop joins us with over 12 years' experience in the environmental industry. He brings a broad knowledge of environmental emergency response, remediation and monitoring. Mr. Dunlop has carried out hundred of environmental responses and projects in the US and Middle East. Will is responsible for preparing work activity reports, estimating and project management.

Randy Lucas

Director of Salvage
Graduating from UNCW with a degree in Psychology. Mr. Lucas manages all aspects of EHG's salvage operation and is also responsible for developing and maintaining vendor relationships to maximize returns of salvage materials. Mr. Lucas manages EHG's online resell store and leads all sales of salvaged items acting as a conduit of buffer between the public and project managers.

Paul Youngblood

Salvage Manager
After 25 plus years in the retail sector, Mr. Youngblood provides overall management of the salvage or goods, metals and intangible items from our projects. Paul is responsible for performing adequate research for the sale of salvage items as well as insuring all salvage items are properly accounted for and properly protected.

Annette Cowley

Administrative Assistant
Annette Cowley has over 25 years of administrative experience. She has worked for one of the largest environmental companies in the United States. Annette’s responsibilities include various items such as preparing project completion documents, obtaining project insurance and bonding, Invoicing, filing project notice of intent with the appropriate parties.
