BJ Fungaroli
President/CEO
Holding a BS in business administration
from NC Wesleyan College and
a MBA from Elon University, Mr.
Fungaroli brings over 15 years of experience
in the remediation industry.
He started in the asbestos abatement
industry in 1988 and later diversified
into consulting and training in all aspects of our
current service lines. BJ has served as Vice President
for a regional consulting company and then
for one of the nation’s largest abatement contractors
prior to coming to EHG.
Brian Sanders
Senior Vice President/Member
Graduating from East Carolina University
in 1995 with a BS in Industrial
Hygiene, Mr. Sanders has worked
in the environmental field his entire
professional life. He served as an
inspector with the NC Department of
Labor prior to his joining EHG. Brian
brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of safety,
especially industrial hygiene. Mr. Sanders directs
the day-to-day operations of field units including
estimators/project managers, implementing plans
and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives
to insure maximum operating results.
Kevin Miller, CPA
Corporate Controller, Vice President
As Controller, Kevin Miller is responsible
for providing direction and
leadership for the financial operations
of EHG. Mr. Miller’s
responsibilities include the direct
preparation of budgets as well as
forecasting our company’s financial
position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings
based on past, present and expected operations.
Kevin is a Certified Public Account with a
Bachelor Degree and Masters Degree in Accounting
from East Carolina University.
Jill Morgan
Director of Administration, Vice President
Graduating from East Carolina University
with a BS in Economics/Business
Administration, Mrs. Morgan
focuses on administration,
business development and marketing
for EHG. Jill oversees various
administrative functions of our company
as wellas the first point of contact for administrative
issues.
James Bliss
General Manager-Southeast Region
Mr. Bliss is an accomplished manager
in the abatement and demolition
industry with over 22 years of experience.
He has the
experience of developing staffs that
can compete in the sales and profitable
execution of abatement and
demolition projects in challenging and highly
competitive markets. Mr. Bliss is skilled in team
leadership with a proven track record for meeting
budgetary goals.
Mike Craddock
Branch Manager
Mike has over 15 years of experience
in the environmental industry with
an extensive background on large
asbestos, mold, lead, radiological
and demolition projects. Mr. Craddock
is responsible for operation
performance, project management
and business development in our Charlotte office.
Mike earned his bachelor degree in Social Science,
is a licensed RAD Worker II, Mold Inspector, Lead
Supervisor and Asbestos Supervisor. He has also
has HAZWOPER, OSHA 30 HR and Area Safety
Counsel training.
Harry Ashley
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Harry manages
our day-to-day field operations,
supervision of field personnel, coordination
of job scheduling and resource
management. Mr. Ashley has over 20
years of experience in the environmental
industry. Harry is also responsible for monitoring
time management of projects, job cost, safety operations,
material and equipment for EHG. With his
hands on experience, persistence and loyalty we are
able to produce top quality results on all jobs.
Larry Crickmore, CIE
Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Manager of Safety & Health
Graduating from NC State with a BS in
Biology, Mr. Crickmore has over eight
years of experience in consulting and
occupational safety related services.
Larry coordinates onsite safety inspections,
as well as our safety and health
programs. As our Senior Project Manager, Larry
oversees projects managed out of our Raleigh office.
He is an active member in Carolinas EIA, IAQA,
ASSE and AIHA.
Jonathan Ervin
Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Ervin joined us after spending five
years on the consulting end of the
remediation industry. He brings to us
experience generated from oversight of
projects representing heavy industry,
hospital and education facilities. His
responsibilities include the estimating and project
management of our services within the Charlotte
Market.
Stephanie Kegley
Director of Business Development
Stephanie Kegley has over 15 years of
marketing and sales experience. Mrs.
Kegley has served as a Marketing Business
Developer for two of the largest
environmental remediation and demolition
contractors in the United States.
Her duties include developing, implementing and
monitoring sales/marketing procedures; increase the
private client base in the southeast; provide customers
assurance and assist in the negotiation of major
contracts.
Tim O’Connell
Business Development Manager
As our Business Development
Manager, Mr. O’Connell joins our team
with over 15 years of sales experience.
Along with sales Tim has worked in the
radio industry, construction and transportation
industry. Tim is responsible
for prospecting new clients, new opportunities, as
well as managing current relationships with existing
clientele.
Nick Dial
Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Dial joined EHG after spending
five years working with three of the
largest national environmental remediation
and demolition contractors.
He brings to us experience generated
from oversight of projects representing
heavy industry, hospital and education facilities. His
responsibilities include the estimating and project
management within the southeast market.
Daniel Mock
Estimator/Project Manager
Mr. Mock brings experience from the
construction industry where he gained
extensive knowledge of operating
heavy equipment. Daniel has also
worked within the consulting industry
as an air monitor and project manager.
Mr. Mock’s responsibilities include project management
and support of our Charlotte office operations.
Mr. Mock is also a NC DOT certified erosion control
Supervisor.
Jose Granillo
Field Safety Director
Jose joins EHG with over five years of
construction and safety knowledge.
He is responsible for the overall safety
initiatives and oversight of field activities.
Jose is our company liaison that
coordinates the hiring of personnel
and administering initial safety and company policies
orientations. He conducts and documents routine
safety walkthrough of all projects, inspects field
safety andwork equipment, on-going training of field
crews and accident investigations.

Julie Van Schaick
Scheduling Manager
Ms. Van Schaick graduated from
Greensboro College with a degree
in Psychology and a minor in Business
Administration and Economics.
She joins our team with three
years of experience as a document
examiner as well as three years as a corporate
paralegal. Julie assists and manages scheduling
for all projects, personnel administration and
staffing activities, technical direction and support
Susan Charbonneau
Senior Construction Accountant
With over 20 years in the construction
industry, Susan manages our
accounts payable and receivables,
assist vendors and clients with
accounting inquiries, assist project
managers with job cost issues,
invoicing, certified payroll and any billing issues.
Ms. Charbonneau is a graduate of UNCG with a
bachelor degree in Fine Arts.
Amber Glover
Administrative Assistant
A graduate of UNCW, Amber’s responsibilities
include various items
such as preparing project completion
documents, obtaining project
insurance and bonding, filing project
notice of intent with the appropriate
parties. Amber also assist our marketing
team with data research and our operations team
with preparation of project needs and personnel
documentation.
Paul Youngblood
Salvage Manager
After 25 plus years in the retail
sector, Mr. Youngblood provides
overall management of the salvage
or goods, metals and intangible
items from our projects. Paul is responsible
for performing adequate
research for the sale of salvage items as well as
insuring all salvage items are properly accounted
for and properly protected.
Ryan Johnson
Construction Manager I
One of our most versatile employees,
Mr. Johnson leads our structural
and site demolition capabilities.
He has worked throughout
the residential and commercial
industry and has over six years of
site work experience. Mr. Johnson also assists
us withestimating and project management.
Mr. Johnson is also a NC DOT certified erosion
control Installer.
